I am most impressed with the new ownership of Phantom Screens in Parksville,BC. Iain came to inspect my 2 phantom screens. He told me I did not have to replace my 30 yr old front door Phantom screen - just clean the track and lubricate. Wow! To me that showed honesty in putting the Customer above making a $ sale. They've earned my trust. He said my newer 5 yr old back door screen was in great shape, but the double French outside doors were having an issue. He cut a notch in the wooden threshold and helped me apply weather stripping Way above the call of duty and it saved me from buying new outside doors. I would recommend Phantom Screens (well worth the price, long lasting) and the Parksville Phantom Screen Company.

We purchased a new sliding deck door and sought to have a Phantom Screen installed as we had used one successfully for years on the old door. Our installer, Carey, was on time, professional, honest and demonstrated integrity throughout our experience. Rather than buying a new screen door he renovated our old Phantom screen door, installed new mesh and expertly installed it on our new sliding deck door, saving us hundreds of dollars. We had not even considered this option but our installer suggested it as a viable and cost saving option. We knew the screen doors were high quality but we cannot say enough about our sales and installation experience. It was first class. Honesty, integrity and value for dollar. We highly recommend their service and would not hesitate to use them again!

I recently had to have my Phantom screens reinstalled in a new door and what a delight it was to deal with Randi & Ike in the Comox store. It started with clear communication with the office and extremely friendly phone calls to set up an appointment. The technician was also very friendly and such a fantastic trades person. My screen was installed and Ike didn't leave until we were both satisfied with the result. You do not get many trades people who not only bring a vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves but also pay attention to small details such as painting the screw heads to match the door. I really like the product but when it comes with such incredible service you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend Phantom screens in Comox, what an amazing small business!

Superlative service on Vancouver Island provided on the phone by efficient, friendly Sarah who arranged my appointment with Rob. He was delightful, efficient and totally trustworthy. He repaired my Phantom screen door in no time for little cost whereas he could have insisted that I needed to purchase a new door, as I had thought.
